ENAI is an association of institutions involved in educational activities, whose aim is to provide support in the area of academic integrity. ENAI as an organization is growing, but most of the activities are voluntary-based. We are looking for a person with good knowledge of the ENAI community and academic integrity to coordinate ENAI’s activities, provide support to members and working groups and help us grow further.
Position title:
ENAI Executive Manager
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordination of events (conferences, training events, webinars, etc.) and other activities organized by ENAI
- Maintenance and development of ENAI’s website and database of educational materials
- Management of ENAI promotional activities, incl. social media
- Coordination of victim support activities
- Management of ENAI’s projects
- Fundraising
- Providing support towards ENAI members
- Providing support towards ENAI working groups
- Preparation of ENAI newsletter
Requirements:
- Master degree
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive approach, responsibility, self-organization
- Previous experience with ENAI – active participation in at least one working group
- Active involvement in activities related to academic integrity for at least 3 years
- Experience with conducting training activities in topics related to academic integrity
- Experience with project management
Additional qualifications:
Following are not requirements, but are an advantage:
- PhD degree
- Pedagogical experience at a higher education institution
- Experience with international project management
- Knowledge of Czech language (because of communication with Czech authorities)
- Experience with research in the area of academic integrity
Conditions:
Specific conditions are subject to mutual agreement between the candidate and the Board. Salary and other employment benefits will respect the rates for the candidate’s home country and ENAI abilities. Both full-time, part-time, and contracting are possible.
Start on 1st of February 2022, or upon mutual agreement
